17- year old Samuel Boughton of Rushville, was arrested at 1825 hours on 11/12/12 on Crowe Road in the Town of Gorham. He is charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, a class a misdemeanor. Mr. Boughton was charged after an investigation revealed he operated a vehicle and allowed another occupant to strike and damage a mailbox on Clark Road in the Village of Rushville. That occupant that struck that mailbox was also charged but is under the age of 16 and was charged as a juvenile. Mr. Boughton was released with an appearance ticket and will appear before the Gorham Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
