On 11/16/12 around 2:00pm, 44-year old Matthew Bartlett of Honeoye was arrested on an active Bench Warrant out of Ontario County Court that was issued on 11/14/12 and signed by Judge Kocher. Bartlett was arraigned in front of Judge Kocher and committed to the Ontario County Jail without bail. He will have to re-appear in on a later date to answer the charge.
