Canandaigua Police Dept. reports the arrest of 40-year old Eric Aubriot of Canandaigua after police responded to a one car property damage accident on Lakeshore Drive. Investigation concluded Aubriot drove his vehicle over the road curbing striking a tree then a city light pole. Aubriot suffered minor injuries and was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment. Aubriot was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless criminal mischief in the 4th degree and other traffic infractions. He is due in court at a later time.
