The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on 11-23-12 deputies arrested 50-year old Howard A. Ward and 29-year old Danielle M. Sweeting, both of Ovid. Both were charged with one count of Petit Larceny and Criminal Trespass 3rd degree. The charges stem from an incident were they are accused of entering a Town of Ovid property and taking numerous items. Both were released on appearance tickets and are to appear before the Town of Ovid court Dec. 18th 2012 at 10:00 to face court action.
