On the 23rd of November 2012 around 10:42 pm The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mark D. Estes DOB 08/06/1991 of 2937 Pre-Emption Street Geneva NY 14456 for Unlawful Posession of Marijuana. Seneca Falls Police Officers observed a vehicle Seneca Falls Park Parking lot with several occupants in the vehicle. Estes admitted to having Marijuana in the vehicle. Seneca Falls Police Officers seized Marijuana and two Marijuana pipes and other drug paraphernalia. Estes was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 6th of December 2012 at 10:00 am.
