On November 22nd, Dundee Fire Department and deputies responded to a reported shed fire on Castle Pt Rd. The fire was extinguished quickly by Dundee FD and Himrod FD. The Yates County Fire Investigation team was called to the scene. As a result of the subsequent investigation, 18-year old Cameron Lindbloom of Painted Post was arrested and arraigned in Benton Town Court where he was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of bail. Lindbloom will answer the charge of arson in the 4th degree at a later date in Starkey Town Court.
