30 year old Lemual Clawson of Naples was stopped on Adams Street in the Town of Victor when it was determined that the license of the registered owner was suspended. It was later determined that he was under the influence of drugs and arrested for Driving while ability impaired by drugs, felony DWI, AUO lfil and criminal possession of a controled substance in the 7th degree. He was comitted to jail and will appear at a later date in Victor Town Court to answer to the charges.
