43 year old Daniel Grim of Canandaigua was arrested after a domestic incident with Ms. Bynum. Mr. Grimm was arrested for harassment 2nd and criminal obstruction of breathing for grabbing his live-in girlfriend by the arm and throat and pinching her on her back. He was arraigned at the Canandaigua Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail
in lieu if $1000 cash bail. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the
victim.
