23-year old Daryl Hilkert of Potter surrendered himself to Yates County Deputies Friday morning at the Town of Potter Court. Hilkert was wanted on an arrest warrant for burglary 3rd degree. Hilkert was arraigned in the Town of Potter Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of 20-thousand cash of 40-thousand bond. Hilkert will reappear in the Town of Potter Court later this month.
