Saturday morning. 45-year old Pedro Rodriguez of Manchester was stopped for failure to signal and failure to keep right on Route 96 in the Town of Manchester. It was later determined that he was in an intoxicated condition and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He will appear at a later date in Manchester Town Court to answer the charges.
