On 12/1/12, 55-year old Warren John Joseph of Canandaigua was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Williams of the Manchester Town Court. The warrant was issued after he failed to make a scheduled court appearance. Warren was arraigned in the Manchester Town Court and was released to reappear at a later date for further court action.
