On 12-01-12, at or 8:30AM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 47-year old Marc Edward Kozerski after being located at his residence of Parrish Street in the City of Canandaigua. Kozerski was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine for a conviction of UPM. Kozerski was arraigned in the Town of Manchester and was released on his own recognizance. Kozerski will answer to the charge at a later date in the Town of Manchester.
