On 11/30/12, 32-year old Dewayne Simmons of Rochester was arrested on a warrant which was signed by Judge Reed. The warrant was issued after Simmons failed to show for a scheduled court appearance and failed to make a surcharge payment. Simmons was arraigned in County Court in front of Judge Reed. Simmons was released and will re appear in County Court at a later date for further County Court action.
