On December 02, 201,2 at 10:48 PM 35 year old Charles John Dolceamore of Canandaigua was arrested for UPM following a traffic stop in the Town of Farmington, The defendant, who was the front passenger in the vehicle, orally admitted to possessing a glass one hit marihuana pipe and the pipe contained a leafy green substance that field tested positive for marihuana. The defendant was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear before the Farmington Town Court at a later date.
