On 12/02/12 at approximately 3:30 AM, 32 year old Marcus Hampton of Rochester was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated on Route 96 in the Town of Farmington after he was stopped by Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies. The defendant was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he refused to submit to a Datamaster test. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and driving while intoxicated. The defendant was committed to the Ontario County .Tail on pre-arraignment detention and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
