On 11/29/12 at approximately 8:45 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tyler J. Parshall, age 21, of 4490 Dilts Road, Romulus, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop.
Parshall's vehicle was stopped after he was observed by town police crossing the double-solid line. A DMV check showed Parshall's license to be suspended and that he had a prior Aggravated Unlicensed Operation conviction. He was also charged with Failure to Keep Right and arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court.
He was committed to the SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 12/12/12 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
