The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Todd Curtis, 54, of Canandaigua after police responded to South Main Street for a disturbance. According witnesses, Curtis was having a physical altercation with a female which he was observed pushing and chocking the victim. Curtis was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree and criminal obstruction of breathing . While at the police department, Curtis was additionally charged with criminal tampering in the 3rd degree after he urinated on the floor. Curtis was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
