Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Donald J Crouden, 57, of 728 Harbor Springs Trl, Virgina Beach, VA, following a traffic stop on North Main Street. Crouden was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or greater, unalwful possession fo marijuana and speeding. Crouden was remanded to the Ontario Coutny Jail on 1000 cash bail and will appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
