The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Jesse W. Beyea, 27, of Rochester following a two car property damage accident in the Lafayette St. parking lot. Witnesses stated they observed a pick up truck driving reckelessly within the parking lot and reported it striking another parked vehicle. Subsequent to an investigation, Beyea was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or higher and unsafe backing. Beyea was remanded to the Ontario County Jail with no bail.
