The defendant 49 year old Miguel Jones of Canandaigua was arrested on a violation of probation warrant signed by Ontario County Court Judge Reed. The defendant violated the conditions of his probation.
The defendant was held at the Ontario County .Tail , he will be arraigned at the Ontario County Court by Judge Reed at a later time.
