40 year old Scott Forbes of Honeoye was arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree. It is alleged that Forbes possessed a controlled substance with intent to sell it in September of 2012 within the Town of Bristol. He was arraigned in the Village of Clifton Springs Court where he was remanded with no bail. He is scheduled to appear at a later date in the Bristol Town Court to answer*to the charge.
