20 year old Brielle C. Vanderwall of Rushville was arrested for criminal posssession of stolen property in the fourth degree after an investigation revealed she possessed a Social Security Disability debit card that was not her's and used the card on two separate occasions in the Town of Hopewell on December 2, 2012. She was arraigned in the Hopewell Town Court where she was remanded to the OC Jail in lieu of cash bail. She will retunrn to answer the charge at a later date.
