66- year old Thomas Edward Miller of Victor was arrested on 01/01/13 at 10:25 PM for Felony DWI, DWI, and DWI - BAC .08% or greater following an incident that occurred on Parkside Drive in the Town of Canandaigua. According to Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies the defendant was observed sleeping in his running vehicle on the north shoulder of Parkside Drive and further investigation found that the defendant was intoxicated by alcohoL the defendant voluntarily submitted to a chemical breath test and he was issued UTT's to appear in the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date. It was a Felony DWI as the defendant was previously convicted of DWI within the past ten years.
