On 12/07/12 at approximately 12:23 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kevin A. Bradley, age 45, of 221 Fall Street, Apt. 4, Seneca Falls, NY following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Police observed a vehicle Bradley was operating run a stop sign at a town road intersection and also observed his vehicle to have an inadequate muffler system. A check through DMV showed Bradley's license to be suspended and that the vehicle Bradley was operating to be suspended for not having insurance in effect. Bradley was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Operating with a Suspended Registration, Operating with No Insurance, Inadequate Muffler, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/20/12 at 10:00 a.m.
