Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on 12/25/12 around 7:30pm Deputies arrested Matthew B. O'Mara age 18 of 57 Fayette Street Waterloo for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. It is alleged that O'Mara was in possession of marihuana after Sheriff's Deputies were investigating a vehicle that was located behind a closed Town of Junius business. O'Mara was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Junius Court on January 29th, 2013 to answer the charges.
