On 01-02-13 60-year old Ana Velazquez of Geneva was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The defendant stole merchandise from the Wal-Mart store totalling $84.7. The defendant was observed by a Loss Prevention Officer removing the merchandise from the shelf and exiting the store without paying for it.
The defendant was issued an appearance ticket, she will appear at the Geneva Town Court at a later date.
