On Saturday, January 05, 2013 46-year old Edhem Subasic of Fairport was arrested at Eastview Mall and charged with Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree. It is alleged that on that date while at the Lord and Taylor Store he bad switched the tickets on two jackets and purchased the more expensive jacket at the less expensive jacket's price thereby causing a false entry in the business records of Lord and Taylor with intent to commit the crime of Petit Larceny, Subasic was held on pre-arraignment detention at the Ontario County Jail and will be arraigned when a magistrate is available.
