On 01/06/13 at approximately 0208hrs. Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeffery C. Smith age 36 of 2285 Townline Road Geneva, NY 14456 for Felony DWI. Smith was stopped on Fall Street after officer's observed the vehicle Smith was driving cross over the yellow double solid line. Smith was charged with Fail to keep right, Felony DWI and Felony AUO in the first degree. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo and committed to the SCCF on $2000 bail or $4000 bond. Smith is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/09/13 at 10:00 am.
