On Saturday, January 12, 2013 21-year old Darrel D. Hughes of Rochester was arrested at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor and charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. It is alleged that Hughes stole a watch valued at $120.00 and, in the course of doing so, damaged the watch while removing a security sensor. Hughes was arraigned in Victor Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $ 1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond. He will return to the court at a later date for further proceedings.
