On January 12th, 2013 at approximately 2:00 AM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested 39-year old Paula J. Thomas of Waterloo for DWI following a traffic stop for driving 50 MPH. in a 30 MPH. zone. Thomas was also charged with having a .08% blood alcohol content or higher and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
