The Canandaigua Police Dept. reports the arrest of 19-year old Ridgley M. Johnson of Canandaigua following a traffic stop on Bristol Street after police observed several traffic violations. Subsquent to the stop, Johnson was charged with Driving while Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, driving while ability impaired by drugs and several minor traffic infractions. Johnson was released to a third party on UTT's and is scheduled for city court at later date.
