20-year old Marissa G. Burke of Canandaigua was arrested on 01/25/13 at JC Penney's at Eastview Mall and charged with petit larceny. Ms. Burke is accused of stealing merchandise from the store by concealing it in her purse and then leaving the store without paying. Ms. Burke was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before the Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. Case Closed by Arrest.
