On 01/26/13 at approximately 12:45am, 18-year old Aleta Reale and 20-year old Jade LaForce, both of Canandaigua, were arrested at their residence and charged with violating the Ontario County Social Host Law after Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies responded to the residence for a report of an underage party. The defendants are accused of hosting a party at their residence and allowing several persons under the age of twenty-one to consume alcoholic beverages there. The defendants were issued appearance tickets and released on their own recognizance. They will appear in Gorham Town Court at a later date.
