On 1/26/13, 56-year old Monnie Zepkowski of Geneva was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The defendant failed to pay the bill at the Phelps Veterinary Hospital after issuing a bad check on a closed account. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket, she will appear at the Phelps Town Court at a later date.
