Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports Deputies arrested Timothy J Fridley, 32, of 6785 County
Rd 129 Ovid NY , on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Lodi Court for failure to appear on the original charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. Fridley
was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court and released on his own recognizance. Fridley
is to reappear in the Town of Lodi Court on March 21st 2013, to answer the charges.
