Ontario County Sheriffs deputies arrested Pauline K. Tines, 22, of Victor for Petit Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after she stole 2 items valued at $32.00 from Kohl's in Victor. Ms. Tines had a child 9 months of age with her during the incident. She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date in Victor Town Court.
