On 01/30/13, officers responded to 706 Great Brook Apartments for the reported odor of marijuana coming from the apartment. Upon arrival, officers spoke with, 20 year old Kyle Pinkard of Victor and observed a bag of marijuana inside the apartment. Pinkard was charged with UPM and issued an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
