On January 26th, 2013 at approximately 11:36pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Francis L. Nicotera age 35 of 560 West North Street Geneva, New York 14456 for Driving while intoxicated, Driving with a BAC of .08% or greater, and Speed in zone. Nicotera was observed traveling at 48mph in a 30mph zone on West Bayard Street. It was later found that Nicotera was operating while under the influence of alcohol. Nicotera was released on UTT's and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 14th 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
