29 Year old Jonathan A. Preston of 21 Church St, Apt 3, Waterloo, NY was taken into custody on an Arrest Warrant for Issuing a Bad Check 2 counts on February 8th. Preston is accused of writing two checks to a Town of Seneca Falls business on two separate dates in the total amount of $68.00, while his account had insufficient funds to cover the checks. Preston was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. He will reappear on 02-27-2013 at 9am.
