The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mariah R. Dunham, age 19, of 17 White Street Seneca Falls NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured around 2:06am on February 8th on White Street. Dunham was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or higher, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Failure to Signal, and Open Container inside the vehicle. Dunham is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 7th of March 2013 at 10:00am to answer the charges.
