49 year old Kevin S. Devine of 103 Cayuga Street in Seneca Falls was taken into custody on the afternoon of February 2nd on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree. This arrest was following an investigation into a violation of a court order that was alledged to have occured on January 8th and 9th of this year. Devine was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash bail, $1500.00 insurance bond. Devine is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 27th 2013 at 10:00am.
