On 02/04/13 at approximately 12:24 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremy A. Capron, age 17, of 61 State Street, Apt. A, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the 2nd Degree following a police investigation of a domestic dispute that occurred on 02/03/13. Capron is accused of subjecting a female resident to unwanted physical contact during the domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and committed to SCCF on $1500 Cash/$3000 Bond. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/13/13 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
