On the 10th of February 2013 at approximately 12:04am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin R. Reagan, age 19, of 98 Mynderse St, Seneca Falls NY 13148, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on Walnut St in the Town of Seneca Falls around 11:31pm.
