On the 11th of February 2013, Ontario County Sheriffs deputies arrested 43 year old Stephen A. Leone of Geneva for criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation and Harassment 2nd degree. The arrest stems from a hang up 911 call where a women could be heard yelling in the background. It is alleged that Mr. Leone grabbed a female victim by the throat and pushed her during a domestic violence incident. Mr. Leone was taken into custody and subsequently transported to Ontario County Jail where is being held on pre-arraignment detention. He will answer the charges in the Town of Geneva court at a. later date.
