On February 13th, 2013 at 1:57am Seneca Falls Police arrested Lynn N. Whitec age 20, of 161 West Bayard Street Seneca Falls New York for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. White was issued two uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 7th 2013 at 10:00am to answer her charges.
