On February 16th, 2013 at 4:19pm Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested William F. Moon age 55 of 2454 Lower Lake Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Moon was arrested on Bridge Street for Felony DWI after he backed into a parked vehicle. Moon was also charged with Backing Unsafely, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree and Aggravated DWI Alcohol content .18% or higher. Moon was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court in front of the Honorable Judge Sapio. Moon was RoR'D and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 13th, 2013 at 10:00am.
