33 year old Kevin Poole of Canandaigua was taken into custody at the Ontario County Jail where he was incarcerated, for an unrelated incident. He was transported to the Phelps Town Court to be arraigned as a Fugitive From Justice in that he was wanted on an arrest warrant for an Assault and Battery Charge by the Worcester Police Department in Worcester, Massachusetts. Poole was remanded back to the Ontario County Jail with no bail to await extradition.
