Canandaigua Police Dept reports the arrest of John A Ceravolo, 50, of Canandaigua following a domestic disturbance occurring on North Pearl Street. Investigation alleged Ceravolo had pushed and threatened to kill a fellow family member. Upon taking Ceravolo into custody it was discovered that Ceravolo had a small amount of marijuana in his possession. He was charged with menacing in the third degree, harassment in the 2nd degree and ulawful possession of marijuana. Ceravolo was arraigned and released to appear at city court at a later date.
