23 year old Alan Novy of Farmington was stopped for improper lane usage and failure to comply eastbound on Route 96 in the Town ot Victor. It was later determined that he was in an intoxicated condition and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Hfi will appear at a later date in Victor Town Court to answer to the charges.
