On 02-21 -13 at 3:39pm Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 20 year old Michael Seabrook of Canandaigua for assault in the third degree. He allegedly punched his girlfriend several times in the face causing injury. He was arraigned in Manchester Town Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of bail. A restraining of protection was issued. He is to reappear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
